Raised by Ira and Sheila Rosenburg, she was never attatches to her parents. In fact her mother once tried to set her on fire to pay homeage to the souls of the pat salem witches. As soon as she met buffy she joined the scooby gang and became quite popular. being known as the love struck computer dork. Willow is easily hurt by people by how they percieve her, and only became popular with people outside the scooby gang because of her boyfriend Oz. Willow did not get into Wicca right away until the end of high school, and when she met tara. Tara and willow had a happy relationship until willow started using magic too much and tara left her for a short period of time. After this she released the rat and changed her back into her friend....which got her in even more trouble. Her friend took her too this guy whom got her basically high off of magic and willow accidently almost killed dawn. After, she vowed never to do magic again, and a short time later and through alot of trouble willow and tara got back together. Just the next day warren trying to kill buffy shoots and misses buffy only to send the bullet ricichaying off of something and killing tara. When Osiris wouldn't alow her to bring her back, she back infuriated and went after Warren , but first she went to the magic shop and absorbed all the evil magiks causing her hair and eyes and outfit black. Then she went after warren and ended up ripping his skin off and setting him on fire. Then she went after his partner s in crime but gave up after a while, When trying to absorb the magiks from giles she doesnt know it but absorbs humanity also and in the end right before she destroys the world xyandier stops her. She ends up crying over the loss of her lover Tara.
